EXCHANGE, RETURN AND WITHDRAWAL POLICY

At JC we understand that customer satisfaction is essential and therefore we offer a clear returns policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns or exchanges under the following terms:


1. Deadline for return or exchange: a. The deadline for return or exchange is up to 7 calendar days, counting from the date of delivery of the product. b. To request a return or exchange, the customer must contact our customer service within this period.
2. Product conditions: a. The product must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use or damage. b. It must be returned in its original packaging, accompanied by all accessories and manuals.
3. Cost of return or exchange: a. In the event of a return due to cancellation of the purchase, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. b. In the event of an exchange due to a product defect, the cost of return and reshipment shipping is the responsibility of the company.
4. Refund: a. The refund will be made after the returned product has been analyzed and confirmed to be in perfect condition. b. The refund will be made according to the payment method used for the purchase. If the payment was made by credit card, the refund will be made directly to the card statement. If the payment was made by bank slip, the refund will be made by bank transfer.
Our return policy applies only to products purchased directly from our company. For products purchased through persons impersonating JC, please contact the seller directly for information on the applicable return policy.
